At St. Peter's, you will find a diverse parish filled with people from all walks of life — gay, straight, married, partnered, single, families, young, and not-so-young.
Come in and you'll experience transformative worship rooted in ancient liturgy, friendly people who reflect the values and demographics of Lakeview, and good coffee.
Wherever you are on your spiritual journey — doubting, full-of-faith, or in between — you belong at St. Peter's.
Beginning on Sunday, April 27, you're invited to join a four week exploration of what it means to be a Christian community in the heart of Lakeview. Over the four weeks we'll wrestle with questions like "Where do our ideas of church come from? When is a church not a church? Why is Christian hospitality so radical? What are the barriers to experiencing real community?"
The journey will consist of teaching and discussion on Sunday mornings, 9:30-10:30 a.m. (in the Guild Room), a weekly study guide for personal reflection, and a blog where you can share your questions, your thoughts about what you're learning, and, yes, even your doubts with others. Coffee will be served beginning at 9:15 am. To RSVP or get more information speak to Fr. Steve
