At St. Peter's, you will find a diverse parish filled with people from all walks of life — gay, straight, married, partnered, single, families, young, and not-so-young.
Come in and you'll experience transformative worship rooted in ancient liturgy, friendly people who reflect the values and demographics of Lakeview, and good coffee.
Wherever you are on your spiritual journey — doubting, full-of-faith, or in between — you belong at St. Peter's.
Starting on March 12, and continuing each Wednesday in Lent, come to St. Peter's and take a fresh look at the Christian faith during the Spring Forum Series. At each session participants will hear one faith story from a member of the parish, and will share their own faith experiences. Come for Eucharist at 6:30 P.M., followed by supper with discussion at 7 P.M. The evening will conclude with Compline at 8 P.M.
Series questions will include what does it mean to be a baptized Christian, what does it mean to share in the Eucharist, what do we learn from wilderness experiences, what meaning does the cross have for the world, and what does the Resurrection mean today?
