Saying Yes To Life With The Enneagram

The Enneagram is both a centuries old guide for spiritual direction and a means of discerning psychological type that incorporates ancient wisdom and insights from modern psychology. This system of nine personality types describes our dominant (though not exclusive) energy -- which is our greatest gift and which can become our chief fault or sin if we over use it. This session will introduce participants to the Enneagram and is appropriate for folks having no knowledge of the Enneagram, as well as those acquainted with the system. A unique approach to presenting the nine types will include music and poetry.

When: October 25, 2014 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Coffee & Danish available beginning at 9:30AM

Where: St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Guild Room

Pre-Registration: Contact deaconpatt@stpeterschicago.org

Admission: Free-will offerings for St. Peter's are gratefully accepted.

Sunday of All Saints

Come to St. Peter's on Sunday, November 2  as the church celebrates the Sunday of All Saints. This day is especially appropriate for receiving the sacrament of Holy Baptism. If you or a loved one would like to be baptized, please contact Fr. Steve Danzey.

Don't forget to bring framed photos of your beloved dead to place on on the high altar during Holy Eucharist. Prayers will be offered as we give thanks to God for the love of family and friends.

All Souls' Day

Come to St. Peter's on Wednesday, November 5, at 7:00 P.M. for The Commemoration of All The Faithful Departed, also known as All Souls' Day. During this service the names of the faithful departed will be read aloud and candles lit. The 2014 Perpetual Memorial Report will be made available at this service.

If you would like to have the names of your departed loved ones added to the list, please contact Fr. Steve at fathersteve@stpeterschicago.org.
