At the heart of the hospitality ministries of St. Peter's is the hope that by being servants to those who enter our doors, we are able to reflect the love and care of Christ to all. For St. Peter's, the physical manifestation of our hospitality ministries is most vibrantly seen at our Sunday morning Coffee Hours and our parish events.

It is a heartfelt and genuine pleasure of the people of St. Peter's to share with you the worship of Jesus Christ in this place. We hope that you will find friends and fellowship at our diverse events. Always know that your are most welcome in this place.

Parish Life Events

The Parish Life Committee, which is headed by Greg Bradley and Ricardo Villota, plans parish-wide events and offers hospitality to members and newcomers alike. 

The Parish Life Committee oversees many events, ranging from the Agape Meal on Maundy Thursday, to distributing water to parade goers at the Pride Parade. January 22 -- Annual Parish Meeting and Potluck, follows the 11 a.m. Eucharist

February 21 -- Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper and Burning of the Palms, 6 p.m.

April 5 -- Maundy Thursday Agape Meal, 7 p.m.

May 17 - Ascension Day Lasagna Supper, 7 p.m.

June 24 -- Gay Pride Parade Water Distribution

November 22 -- Thanksgiving French Toast Brunch

Coffee Hour at St. Peter's

Coffee Hour is the time following the sung Sunday morning Eucharists where we gather over refreshments to socialize and welcome guests and newcomers to St. Peter's.

The Coffee Hour coordinator, Greg Bradley, is always on the lookout for individuals who want to share in the ministry of welcoming members and newcomers through the hosting of a coffee hour.

Hosting a coffee hour is easier than you might think! Hosts set up before the 11:00 AM (10:00 AM in the summer) Eucharist and sneak out before the final hymn to make coffee and greet people. Suggested menus and servings guidelines are available. Hosts donate the food for the day. Sign up for an available date on the sheet in the Guild Room!
