The Great Vigil of Easter

Celebrate the most holy moment of the Christian story -- The Resurrection of Jesus Christ -- with the people of St. Peter's! The Great Vigil of Easter, 8:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 19, begins in a darkened church, with only candles to light the way. The story of God's salvation is recounted through readings from the Bible and lights flash on across the church as we proclaim that the Lord has conquered death and has risen! Sparkling beverage reception follows.
